🌿 We're teaching a workshop at PlantCon Chicago on June 21, 2026 and we want you there. Garden to Glass is a hands-on botanical mocktail experience where you build three herb-forward drinks from scratch: a Mint Sparkling Lemonade, a Rosemary Honey Tea Cooler, and a Strawberry Basil Seltzer, while learning the actual science behind why herbs smell and taste the way they do. Kevin ( M.S. Environmental Science) walks you through what happens when you muddle a leaf and why rosemary gets bruised instead of muddled, while Jasmine walks you through the drink process and answers why these specific pairings work the way they do. Every drink is built at your own station, step by step, guided the whole way.
